The calculators
The four calculators on this site are illustrative models. They are provided for planning discussion only and are not a projection, a guarantee, or an offer. Each one publishes its assumptions on the same page, including the rates that are fixed by the model rather than derived from your input.
Several of those assumptions — a 1% rejection rate, a 3% never-recovered rate, a 45% recovery rate, a 4% cost to collect, 260 billable days — are modelling positions, not RevAmp performance data. RevAmp is a new firm and has no audited client results to publish. Your actual outcome depends on your payer mix, contracts, specialty, documentation and volume, and can only be estimated properly from your own remittance data.
Industry figures
Where we cite denial rates, revenue-leakage figures or benchmarks, we name the source alongside the figure and link to it. Those sources are third parties and we do not control or warrant their accuracy. They are provided so you can check them rather than take our word for it.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or clinical advice. Compliance obligations — HIPAA, state law on billing arrangements, permissible fee structures — vary by jurisdiction and by circumstance, and you should take your own advice on how they apply to your practice.
Pricing
We do not publish a rate card. Any pricing structure described on this site is indicative of how we quote, not a quotation. Where state law requires a fixed fee rather than a percentage of collections, we quote accordingly.

MedOffice, DentOffice, EHR Manager, CodeMAXX and MD Audit Shield are the trademarks of their respective owners. RevAmp Revenue Partners licenses, implements and supports these products; it does not publish them.
No ecommerce
This website does not sell anything and does not process payments. There is no cart and no checkout. Software, forms and envelopes are supplied to clients under a separate agreement arranged directly with us.
