Information we collect
We collect only what you type into the callback form (your name, an email address or mobile number, and your practice name) or the mailing-list form (an email address). There is no free-text message box anywhere on this site, and no facility to upload files, because both are common routes for protected health information to end up somewhere it should not be.
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not transmitted to us, not stored, and not recoverable by anyone once you close the page.
How we use it
To contact you about the enquiry you made, and — if you joined the mailing list — to send occasional notes about denial trends and payer rule changes. Nothing else. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in any email.
Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third party.
By providing a telephone number and submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by SMS text message. Our message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of further messaging, or HELP for more information.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers to run this website and our email — they process data on our instructions only.
Protected health information
This website is not a channel for PHI, and we ask that you do not send patient information to us by web form or ordinary email. Once you are a client, patient data is governed by our Business Associate Agreement and handled inside the billing platform — encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access, redundant off-site backup, and all processing performed in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email paul@revamp.partners and we will action it.
