Two eVisits a day, times a working year.

Telehealth revenue is rarely lost to a big decision. It is lost two visits at a time, on days nobody counted. Three inputs, 260 billable days, and the annual figure.

Assumptions
  • 260 billable days a year — five days a week, fifty-two weeks, no allowance for holidays, leave or closures. If you take four weeks off, multiply the result by roughly 0.92.
  • Billed, not collected. Apply your own collection rate; this is gross.
  • No deduction for the platform, staff time, or the visits that would have happened in person anyway. That last one matters — the true incremental figure is lower than the gross.
  • Reimbursement for telehealth varies by payer and by state and continues to change. Confirm your own rates before planning against this number.

The honest caveat

This calculator multiplies three numbers by 260. It is not modelling anything clever, and it will happily produce an enormous figure if you give it optimistic inputs. Its value is in showing how quickly a small daily volume compounds — not in being a forecast.

The number that matters is the incremental one: visits that happen because telehealth exists, minus the ones that would have been in-person appointments anyway. That requires your schedule, not a web form, which is what the free practice analysis is for.
