Who does the work, and what they did before this.
Most billing companies tell you they are trusted and experienced and leave it there. This page does the opposite: the actual person on your account, the background he brings to it, how the firm gets paid, and what you can hold us to in writing.

Paul D.
Paul founded RevAmp Revenue Partners and runs it. If you become a client, he is on your account — not a salesperson who introduces you to a team you then never speak to again. That is deliberate, and it stops being possible at a size we are in no hurry to reach.
His career was built in technology and product, inside regulated industries where sensitive data, access controls and audit trails were the daily work. That shapes how the first conversation goes: a product manager’s instinct is to understand how a thing actually works before proposing a change to it — so the discovery call is about your payer mix, where work piles up, what your front desk is doing twice, and which of your problems are actually billing problems at all. Some of them will not be, and we will say so.
It also means an unusual amount of attention on the parts most billers treat as overhead: reporting you can read, a handover plan with dates on it, an exit clause you can see before you sign.
Certification and the platform
RevAmp is ClaimTek certified, and runs on a billing platform that has been in development and use for around three decades. Your claims are not going through something improvised — they go through infrastructure that has been processing medical billing since before most practice management systems existed, operated by someone trained on it.
That certification does not make us a franchise outlet. RevAmp is an independent LLC. We are not owned by a billing network, we do not pool your claims with other practices, and nobody else sets our pricing or handles your account.
Two things about this industry that are worth being annoyed by.
RevAmp was built around these, rather than arriving at them afterwards as positioning.
The fee model is backwards
An hourly or flat-fee biller is paid to process a claim whether it is approved or denied, and paid again to rework it. Their revenue goes up when your claims are dirty. Nobody involved is acting in bad faith; the incentive is simply pointed the wrong way. We are paid a percentage of collections, above an agreed threshold, so a denial costs us money too.
You cannot find out who is doing the work
Large billing companies routinely route the work offshore. You often do not know who is handling your patients’ data, in which country, under what compliance standards, and it is difficult to audit even when you ask. All of RevAmp’s work is performed in the United States, by a named person you can call. That is a checkable claim, which is the only kind worth making.
New to billing. Not new to what’s at stake.
The firm is new. The people running it have spent their careers in technology and product, inside regulated industries where handling other people’s sensitive data correctly was the job — not a policy document somebody filed.
Access controls, audit trails, the discipline of documenting what was done and why, building systems that hold up when someone asks to see the evidence — that is familiar territory, not a learning curve. HIPAA is a new acronym here. The obligations behind it are not.
That background is the reason this firm looks the way it does. Billing is an operations problem dressed as an admin one, and it rewards the same things regulated software does: a process you can describe, a handover with dates on it, reporting the client can read without asking, and a clear answer to “who touched this and when”.
- Your data stays yours. Full export any time, and you leave with it if we part ways.
- Nothing offshore. All work performed in the US, by people you can name and reach.
- A BAA before any PHI moves — not after onboarding has started.
- Reporting you run yourself. Your own login, any report, any time, without asking us.
- Terms you read first. Including the exit clause, sent without you having to chase it.
Bring the hard questions to the call. We would rather answer them early than have them surface in month three.
A/R audit — before any commitment
Send an aging report and a superbill; get back where your money is sitting, which payers are slowest, and which denial reasons repeat. Yours to keep whatever you decide.
Practice analysis & code review
What in-house billing actually costs you once everything is counted, plus a review of your codes for ones that are underpaying.
First credentialing free
One payer application at no charge when you sign.
An exit clause you can read first
Ask for the termination terms before you sign and we will send them without you having to chase. You leave with a full export of your data and no exit fee for it.
